We do not store any credit or debit card details.

Our credit and debit card transactions are controlled and hosted by PayPal, a global online credit card and payment gateway, and Streamline Merchant Services. Ordering & Payment Information

Ordering your items is simple. Just browse our website and add items to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout.

You can order online using your debit or credit card or PayPal account, by post with a cheque or postal order, or over the telephone using your debit or credit card.

If paying via Cheque or Postal Order, please print out your Order during the checkout process, and send it with your payment to the address shown on the Contact Us page.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order and payment. If we are temporarily out of stock of a particular item, we will try to advise you of the delay. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, there is usually a 2-3 week wait for backordered items.

There are some items on the site that we do not hold in stock. The delivery times on these items will be shown in the item descriptions, and for orders of these items, you may not be emailed regarding the delay.

If you are ordering custom made items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of these items.

UK parcels are sent via Courier service. All orders will require a signature on delivery. We aim that all orders will be delivered next day after dispatch.
Some items on the website are shipped directly from the supplier. We try to ensure the same levels of service and delivery times on these items.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are based on our courier rates, which we have aimed to keep competitive and as reasonable as possible.

To obtain a quote for delivery, please add the products you are interested in to our cart and use the "get a quote" for delivery button at checkout.

Scooter delivery charges are £23 to UK addresses. Please email us at info@snowpawstore.co.uk for shipping quotes for scooters to Europe and Worldwide.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

We want our products to fit correctly and will happily replace incorrect sized clothing / harness orders for the correct size if goods are returned to us in perfect condition. An email must be sent to us prior to sending any items for exchange. Replacement items or refunds will not be sent until the original items have been received back by us. Additional postage costs for the replacement item(s) may be requested. We strongly recommend sending your returns by recoreded mail or courier to guarentee their return to us. If you have any concerns about the measurements, please email or telephone us to discuss any queries you may have. Please include a cover note with the returned goods explaining why you are returning the item so that we can process your return quickly.

Custom made items cannot be returned or refunded, so please be sure of your measurements before ordering.

If items are received damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, and contact us via email before returning them to us. Please keep the packaging as this may be needed in order to claim from the postal service. We will refund in full any goods that are received damaged, providing you keep the item and all of the packaging the item was sent in for us to review. We will also refund any return costs incurred as the result of receiving an item damaged in transit.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed with us, we aim to dispatch it to you as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order if you change your mind; however, if we have already dispatched it to you, please return it to us unopened and we will refund all charges once returned and checked.
