November 20th, 2009

The picturesque backdrop of the Morayshire coast awaits sled dog, Canicross and dog scooter enthusiasts next month.

Siberian Husky Club of Great Britain (SHCGB) officials are holding the rally in Culbin, Scotland, on December 5th and 6th.

Junior racers will also be able to take part, with proceedings kicking off with a rig inspection at 08:00 GMT.

Interested parties have until November 28th to get their entries in to race organisers Helen and Matt Emery.

The course is set to offer flat and smooth trails, with plenty of twists and turns.

Participants have been reminded they must heed the information on local signs with regard to parking their vehicles.

Meanwhile, the SHCGB is also holding a rally this weekend (November 21st and 22nd) in Tentsmuir Forest in Fife.

The race is expected to use trails not seen for many years, according to organisers.ADNFCR-2611-ID-19470841-ADNFCR
