Product Description
Many sled dog clubs require a rig bag to be attached to the rig in dryland mushing. The rig bag allows for injured dogs to be picked up and placed in the bag so the musher can complete the race without dropping a dog.
In reality, many people use rig bags as a handy carrying devices for storage on their rigs.
"Rig" is the common term for a 3 or 4 wheeled cart which is used in the majority of dryland husky races, typically utilising 20" wheels and a handlebar set up at the front with two foot plates between the rear tyres allowing the musher to kick in support and ride on when required.
